BrandContent Scoop Three CIPR PRIDE Awards

BrandContent came away smiling from the prestigious PRIDE awards 2016.

The team picked up awards in the Best Use of Media Relations and Consumer Relations Campaign categories, on behalf of its client FairFX.

To win both the Consumer Relations Campaign and Best Use of Media Relations categories, Managing Director Sharon Flaherty and PR Director Laura Windeatt devised a 12-month campaign plan that targeted holidaymakers looking for good value.

Positioning FairFX as a consumer champion, the team used clever timing around peak holiday times to raise various currency and holiday related issues, including the cost of travelling at school half terms and regional variations in exchange rates. The judges commented the campaign made excellent use of research and put content at the heart.

The Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy was awarded to BrandContent thanks to its growth and commitment to good quality storytelling.

The agency aims to stand out in Wales for its commitment to innovative content. Their campaign for FairFX showed that the agency had storytelling and content at its heart and it delivered measurable business impact for the client, delivering 800% over target KPIs.

In September, BrandContent also scooped best start-up of the year in the services category in the Wales start-up awards, marking the agency’s 6th award win this year.
